Empower Her Athletes was founded by a team of former athletes from all backgrounds—collegiate, professional, and entrepreneurial. We’ve turned our experiences into a movement to mentor, inspire, and empower the next generation of female athletes to thrive both on and off the field.

EmpowerHer was created by women who used sports as a launchpad, but didn’t have a safe space for guidance on life, identity, and opportunity beyond the game. So we built the platform we always
needed: a digital home for mentorship. growth, and real-world readiness.
Our team includes Olympians, World Champions, World University Games athletes, and World Cup competitors. alongside top coaches, wellness experts. and accomplished executives and directors
across industries like media, healthcare, education, finance, technology, branding, and entrepreneurship. Every class is led by someone who’s walked the path—from competition to career —and is now reaching back to empower the next young woman in line.
